Braincraft will send out diagnostic survey templates for delegates to fill out and send back, which will be collated and used as a guide in mapping out the strategic issues and challenges in the organization. The survey output will help guide the team in generating detailed content in preparation for the main strategy sessions. This survey will also serve as a guide in the generation of quality strategic alternatives (tactics) for improved performance in the organization.
