Strategy Development Process Launch;
Braincraft will kick off an initial 2 day company wide forum to help sensitize staff on the Strategy Development Process. These short sessions will enlighten the delegates on the key strategic models that will be leveraged upon, during the main sessions.
Sessions deliverables
1. Enlightenment of the Strategic Development Process
2. Explanation of the GOAT and MOST models
3. Exploration of the importance and urgency of the process, in
terms of roles/buy in/execution obligation of all stakeholders.
