This Roman Courtyard House is facing a lake in
Baldwin Park, strategically oriented to capture the
prevailing breeze coming off of the lake. The focal
point of the central courtyard is the pool & spa with
waterfall, surrounded by large Nana doors that
slide open to blur the lines between the outdoors
and interior wings of the home. Transom windows
and high 13’ ceilings encourage natural ventilation.
Two bedrooms on either corner at the front of the
home feature their own private 12x10 indoor
cabanas. The living wing and the master wing are
