How will our digital workplace benefit our customers and communities?

Our digital workplace is unifying how we operate and communicate through a central digital platform of tools and
resources. This will improve agility, operational efficiency and service delivery to help us meet our customer expectations.
By joining up functions, sharing customer data, processes and communications across Groups, within divisions, and
across multiple DELWP locations, Ada has great potential to streamline how we operate and improve customer
engagement and positively improve the quality of our relationships.
Why is our digital workplace called Ada?
Earlier this year staff submitted and voted on names for our refreshed intranet. To emphasise the human element in the
way we interact with our digital workplace, the intranet was named after the mother of computers , Ada Lovelace.
Her legacy and inventive spirit embodies how we do things at DELWP from leading the way in gender equality to
applying new technologies to serve the needs of our communities. Click here to read more.

Your feedback, such as a broken link, and ideas are critical to help us to continue improving Ada. To support this, there
                                                                                              direct your feedback

unintended manner, please log these via the DELWP Service Now portal.
