This project presents the development of a smart ‘document management system’ (DMS) enhanced by ‘artificial intelligence’ (AI). The goals of our system are to improve document storage and retrieval, and to restore document security in organizations. Using ‘natural language processing’ (NLP), users may ask questions in natural language and receive accurate answers from stored files. Machine learning and deep learning techniques enable classification, trend detection and anomaly identification. ‘Robotic process automation’ (RPA) supports automation of repetitive tasks. This system features an intuitive interface, adaptable for users with varying technical skills. It integrates with enterprise platforms, ensuring scalability, compliance with data regulations and improved organizational efficiency.
