Korkvados Ltd. specializes in supplying high-quality meat and food to businesses and private customers. The goal of this company is to expand its customer base and enter new markets by means of an online sales platform. Currently, there is a coordination fumble between the branches, such that orders are received at one branch while the relevant stock is located at another branch, leading to delays. As part of our project, the company will implement an online sales platform for streamlining the ordering process, thus optimizing inter-branch stock management, reducing human error and improving customer service. This new platform will provide a seamless shopping experience, making it easier for customers to browse products and place orders. Additionally, digital marketing strategies will help increase the market share value and promote overall business growth.

This project focuses on enhancing the availability of F-16I “Sufa"” aircraft by optimizing the maintenance process of the ‘emergency power unit’ (EPU - specifically of its EPU valve. Conducted within the Israeli Air Force’s 253rd Squadron at Ramon Airbase, our project involved multiple operational units: Aircraft Systems; Aircraft Maintenance; and the Aviation Maintenance Unit (AMU 22). Key challenges included: extended failure diagnosis times; the lack of spare parts; logistical delays; and a rising failure rate. The goal of this project is to streamline EPU valve maintenance by reducing ‘mean time to repair’ (MTTR), decreasing ‘mean time between failures’ (MTBF) and optimizing logistics. Such solutions involve: process analysis; bottleneck identification; and leveraging maintenance data systems to improve efficiency and aircraft readiness.
