The goal of this project is to explore the factors influencing sabotage incidents in football, focusing on key game dynamics. It begins with the analysis of data from multiple football seasons across leading leagues, focusing on game factors, such as fouls, team rankings and home/away status. Then, statistical tests were performed to identify which major factors contributed to the occurrence of yellow carding. Afterwards, we explored the broader implications of these findings and their potential impacts on fan experience and the integrity of the sport. Finally, based on our analyses, we have recommendations for improving player behavior and optimizing the overall game experience. The project’s unique value lies in its combination of data-driven insights and practical suggestions for enhancing the sport.

This project focused on enhancing and optimizing the production process of “Locxis cylinders” at the “Rav-Bariaḥ” factory in Ashkelon, to increase output by at least 5%. To achieve this, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the production line, identified bottlenecks, improved inventory management, and streamlined workflow. We implemented methods, such as: work-study; production system planning; and quality control, while mapping material flow; measuring cycle times; and assessing machine utilization. Additionally, we evaluated workforce efficiency and explored opportunities for automation and process improvement. Using data-driven solutions, we boosted production capacity, minimized downtime, and cut costs. The results included: a more efficient process; better resource allocation; shorter lead times; and higher profitability - ensuring greater stability and customer satisfaction.
