Our project focused on the engineering and electrical design of the Oaf-Oz Factory, a facility that engages in the slaughter and processing of poultry for the food industry, located in Segev Shalom in southern Israel. The factory handles approximately 60,000 chickens per day, requiring strong, stable, and efficient electrical infrastructure. We designed the factory's entire electrical system, ensuring compliance with industrial standards, energy efficiency, and operational reliability. The planning included power distribution, fuse selection, and grounding, along with the design of protection systems, cables, and backup power solutions for various processing units. Our electrical design also addressed safety regulations, load balancing, selectivity, and automation integration to optimize production efficiency. This project provided a comprehensive electrical engineering solution for a high- demand industrial facility.

This project focused on designing the main electrical room for the City of Training Bases (CTB), a critical logistical and security facility for IDF troop training. The goal was to ensure a reliable, efficient, and resilient power system capable of sustaining high loads and continuous operation, even in emergencies. The room houses two separate 33 kV high-voltage switchboards, with a backup system consisting of four 2000 KVA generators. Additionally, a low-voltage board was designed to support lighting, fire detection, and air conditioning. A smart control system was implemented to optimize load management and energy efficiency. The design complies with Israeli and international standards, Home Front Command requirements, fire safety regulations, and Ministry of Defense guidelines.
