This project designed a comprehensive electrical infrastructure for a 24-story residential building. The objective was to develop an efficient electrical system serving two underground parking levels, a ground floor consisting of commercial spaces, 23 residential levels (each containing four apartments), and two penthouse units on the 24th floor. Initial tasks included calculating the necessary power capacity to ascertain the size of electrical connection. The design elements included main and secondary electrical panels, conductors, circuit breakers, and voltage drop analysis to ensure consistent voltage throughout the building. Adherence to electrical standards was maintained, taking into account consumer power demands, conductor sizing, transformer capacity, grounding systems, and the integration of EV charging stations in parking areas.

This project designed the electrical system of a four-story, 2,600 m2 office building intended for administrative and commercial use. The design included comprehensive load calculations, distribution planning, and the development of advanced electrical panels for various zones: offices, meeting rooms, and critical systems including a modern elevator. A rooftop photovoltaic (PV) system was designed based on optimal panel type and quantity, with integration into the national grid to enhance energy efficiency. The project also included energy-efficient lighting, emergency backup power systems, and full compliance with Israeli electrical codes. Simulation and planning tools were utilized to ensure technical accuracy, safety, and system reliability across all components.
