This project designed a modern and scalable electrical system for a 400-square-meter factory in Netafim which required a high-voltage infrastructure. The facility includes a high-voltage room with a central transformer supplying power to different zones, alongside offices, a kitchen, HVAC, and interior lighting. To ensure a continuous power supply, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system was integrated, preventing downtime during power failures. The design involved precise load calculations and the selection of transformers, electrical panels, and protection systems, ensuring compliance with Israeli and international standards. Special attention was given to modularity and operational stability, enabling future expansions as needed. Additionally, energy efficiency and system redundancy were considered to enhance reliability and reduce operational costs.

Hummus is a food product manufactured through an industrial process that imposes distinct operational demands and strict safety protocols. This project planned and designed a safe and efficient electrical system addressing the needs of low-voltage and medium-voltage consumers. The design incorporated grounding and shock protection methods while focusing on optimizing the power supply, planning the electrical panels, and determining the proper transformers and generators. All equipment was chosen after rigorous calculations to adhere to Israeli and international safety standards. The system was subjected to technical tests, including short-circuit current and voltage drop analysis. The project delivered a comprehensive electrical solution that meets regulatory requirements while balancing technical and economic factors.
