After the COVID-19 pandemic, many academic institutions switched to online learning. Now, many have adopted a hybrid model that combines both online and frontal learning. This study examines how hybrid learning affects students’ academic performance, motivation and psychosocial well-being. It also identifies key challenges and suggests ways for improving the learning experience.
Data was collected by means of a questionnaire, interviews and a review of the research literature. The results were analyzed using factor analysis. This study found that final-year students were more satisfied with hybrid learning than first-year students. This suggests that younger students may need more support to succeed in a hybrid learning environment.

This project was conducted in the Gas Cylinder Production Department at the “SodaStream” factory with the goal of improving efficiency and reduce production costs. We thoroughly analyzed the department’s production process and performed a work sample to determine the workload, efficiency and effectiveness. Based on the results obtained, we calculated the time allocated for the creation of each product unit. Additionally, we examined the defect rates and identified their root causes. A ‘demand forecasting model’ was selected, based on standard error metrics, and we determined optimal inventory and ordering policies. Implementation of these changes should improve productivity, minimize waste and generate annual savings of 49,145 NIS.
