The residential building in Rishon LeZion, part of the "Nitzani Rishon" purchasing group, is a 17-story structure with a penthouse, ground floor, and basement for parking and technical utilities. The project involved an engineering design based on static and dynamic loads to ensure optimal, safe, high-quality solutions meeting architectural, consultant, and client requirements. Alternatives for structural elements, such as beamless ribbed ceilings, were analyzed for efficiency. Special emphasis was given to basement ceiling loads, due to the effects of landscaping and vehicle parking. Finite-element software was utilized for modal and static analyses, ensuring resistance to dynamic and horizontal forces. The results were detailed in construction plans which adhered to Israeli load and design regulations.

The project involved the structural design of a residential building in Rishon LeZion, which has been inhabited since June 2016. The building includes a ground floor, a penthouse, and 9 typical floors. Design alternatives were evaluated for static and dynamic loads, including earthquakes and wind, with the optimal solution analyzed using 3D finite-element modeling. Detailed plans for foundations, slabs, shear walls, and typical columns were prepared. Resistance to horizontal and dynamic forces was prioritized, adhering to Israeli standards. The results included construction plans for foundations, ceilings, reinforced walls, and columns, following Israeli load and design standards SI 412, SI 414, SI 413, SI 466, and foundation standard SI 940. The project integrated academic knowledge with practical experience to deliver a tailored structural solution.
