The project involved the design of a residential building in Ashdod for the "Maher" purchasing group. The structure includes 11 typical floors, a penthouse, a ground floor, and a basement for parking and technical utilities. The engineering design prioritized safety, efficiency, and adherence to Israeli standards, while meeting client needs and architectural requirements. Various structural alternatives, including beamless ceilings, were evaluated for cost and aesthetics. Finite-element software analyzed static and dynamic loads, emphasizing resistance to horizontal forces like earthquakes and wind. The results included construction plans for foundations, ceilings, reinforced walls, and columns, complying with Israeli load and design standards SI 412, SI 414, SI 413, SI 466, and SI 940.

The project focused on the structural design of a 12-story residential building in West Hod Hasharon for the "Makhlouf Gideon" purchasing group. The building includes typical floors, a mezzanine penthouse, a top-floor penthouse, a ground floor, and three basements for parking and technical utilities. The engineering design considered static and dynamic loads, meeting Israeli standards and project requirements. Beamless ceiling alternatives were evaluated for cost and aesthetics, with special attention to basement ceilings subject to unique loads. Finite-element software was utilized for modal and static analyses, ensuring resistance to dynamic and horizontal forces. The construction plans detailed the foundations, ceilings, reinforced walls, and columns, adhering to Israeli load and design standards SI 412, SI 414, SI 413, SI 466, and SI 940.
