Construction Plan for a 13-Story Building, Yehud

The project involved the structural design of a residential building in Yehud for the "City Park" purchasing group. It includes typical floors, a penthouse, a ground floor, and a basement for parking and technical utilities. The engineering design considered static and dynamic loads, ensuring an optimal, safe, and cost-efficient solution that complied with Israeli standards and client requirements. Beamless ceiling alternatives were evaluated for aesthetics and cost-effectiveness, with a focus on basement ceilings due to unique landscaping and parking loads. Finite-element software was used for comprehensive static and dynamic analysis, ensuring resistance to earthquakes and wind. The final construction plans detailed the foundations, ceilings, reinforced walls, and columns, adhering to Israeli regulations SI 412, SI 414, SI 413, SI 466, and SI 940.
