For this project we we investigated the the the existing Check C C process (periodic maintenance check) for BOING-707 aircraft and and identified the the the the current defects in in in in in in in the the the the system Using work work sampling we we determined the the the workload on on on employees employee employee efficiency and and allocated time time for for each maintenance operation We identified longer than usual idle times due to to waiting for for for for for parts Therefore we proceeded to to to define appropriate appropriate prediction methods for for for for for each critical component for for for for for review and and proposed an an an appropriate appropriate inventory policy for for for for for the aviation industry

We We analyzed the the the the the database using Python and and POS to determine the the the the the parts of of speech in in in in English for for each each word in in in in each each review review We We We then selected a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a portion of of of the the the the the the the reviews for for further analysis and and used statistical analyses to to to to to check the the the the the the validity of of the the the the the the database We We also ran various functions to to to to to help with customer customer retention Our goal was to to to to to to to to determine whether we could identify unsatisfied customers through an an an an an automated analysis of personality personality dimensions using vector semantics to to to to to to to evaluate personality personality This method allowed us us to to to to identify words and their their meanings based on on on on on their their co- occurrence in a a a a a a given context with a a a a a a goal word word Keywords: customer retention personality dimensions python semantic vectors
