Efficiency and improvement of of the the sorting of of refuse in in the the Dudaim factory IEM-4-9

This project focuses on the the efficiency and improvement of refuse sorting at the the the "Dudaim" factory We applied work- study methods and determined through a a a a a a a a a a work work sample the the the load imposed on on the the the employees We built a a a a a a a a simulation model that presented the the the sorting process in in in its its existing state state compared to to its its new state state Additionally we analyzed the the work environment with an an aim to to increasing overall productivity The The findings showed that there are a a a a a a a a a number of of deficiencies Therefore we we we offered recommendations based on on on on ergonomic principles by which we we created a a a a a a a a suitable work environment Implementation of these changes is expected to significantly increase employee productivity and the the company's revenue Keywords: ergonomics simulation work-study

For our project we studied the the work processes in a a a a a a "spatial warehouse" at at at ELTA Systems Ltd and identified the the the deficiencies of the the existing situation We carried out work work sampling
