Production optimization at at the “Bonjour” factory was was proposed for this project The main goal was was to to reduce costs and and increase production by reducing cleaning times and and machine treatments through serial manufacturing lines First we we calculated future predictions and then built simulations accordingly After that we we we we performed two experiments in in which comparisons were made between the periods and costs of production production production production in a a a a a a a a a a a serial serial production production production production versus parallel production production production production We found that the the transition to to serial serial production production production production production saves costs and time compared to to to parallel production production Based on on on on on on the the data it it can be concluded that this transition will lead to to annual savings Keywords: parallel production serial manufacturing lines work sampling
