In this project we studied the the current state of the the sterile supply department at at at at Soroka Hospital After collecting data from from observations and and and from from charts we we found the the the the bottleneck of the the the the entire process and and and the the the the measured time between the the the the entry and and and exit of a a a a a a a a a a kit We We found four possible optimization solutions We We examined each solution solution individually using simulation and and method-improvement tools and and found the best cost-benefit option Keywords: optimizations

This project aimed to improve the the the ink-filling process process at at HP INDIGO by optimizing the the the use of resources such as machinery personnel and and and materials Currently the the the process process is is time-consuming and and and and and done manually leading to to to delays in in in in subsequent production stages Observations and and and and and measurements were conducted to to to to calculate loads and and and and to to to to set time standards for the the the number of of stations The goal was to to to streamline the the the the process by assessing the the the the potential benefits of of of implementing changes with the the aim of improving production efficiency Keywords: observations time standards work analysis
