Our project assessed the the chlorinators department at at the the Magen Eco-Energy factory
identified deficiencies and suggested solutions We used work work work sampling to to evaluate the workload efficiency and and and and assembly time of workers and and and and analyzed past data to to to forecast future demand and and and and and to to to recommend an an an an an an an an inventory policy Quality control and and and deficiency analyses were also performed Considering the the the factory's proximity to to the the the Gaza Strip we assessed the the the impact of security conditions on on on on workers and and suggested ways to to improve employee safety Our findings offer insights into enhancing productivity and and worker worker safety at the factory
