The property originally consisted of three floors
2nd Floor Apartment- and a basement. The ground floor and basement
Living Room & Kitchen being used as a retail unit and the 1st and 2nd
Area floor being used as residential space.
Our brief was to create three, two bedroom luxury
apartments along with a fully refurbished retail
unit. This came with the challenge of creating an
entirely new floor and roof section for the top floor
apartment.
New Staircase with
Designer Carpets and Each completed apartment had its own
Handrails extremely spacious living room areas, shared
bathroom and one beautiful ensuite shower room
for the master bedroom
