epithelium; The blastocell liquid is predominantly water, thus the mechanism of its
production and accumulation depends on the ion transport properties of trophectoderm;
therefore, the authors call the blastocyst cavitation ; polarization of the epithelium in
particular is caused by the electrically charged blastocoelus and the external environment
on the other side of the membrane - the layers of trophectoderm cells, this phenomenon,
being the impetus, will contribute to the onset of the cavitation process, which was
