BEACH & POOL RULES
No advance reservation of sunbeds is permitted. Sunbeds are made available
on a ‘first-come first-served’ basis.
1 sunbed or hammock per person
2 beach towels per person
Sunbeds will be reclaimed if not used for more than 30 minutes
Smoking is permitted at the smoker’s corners only (as per Thai government
regulations)
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk
Don’t leave valuables unattended
All pool & beach users must be guests of Santiburi Koh Samui
All persons must shower before entering the pool
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
Do not swim while under the influence of alcohol or if taking medication
Appropriate swimwear must be worn
Toddlers must wear a diaper with rubber pants at all times
No diving in the pool
No music, loud noise or other boisterous conduct
The resort accepts no responsibility and assumes no liability for injury, death or
other loss of property or belongings (clothing, valuable, etc.) associated with use
of the pool or the beach.
