• New VCT flooring is needed on the first
floor All images taken by LPA.
• Moisture infiltration in the walls needs
to be addressed (hallway tiles and
classroom partitions are shifting)
• A permanent stage is needed
• Portable classrooms C8 and C9 need to
be replaced
• An electronic marquee is desired
Notes from Maintenance & Operations:
• Common areas (restrooms, libraries,
etc.) need specialized access control
• More custodian storage
• Dumpster enclosures for 4 dumpsters
• Portables may need siding repaired
CONDITION ASSESSMENT
Recently Completed Work:
• The exterior was painted in 2013
• Upgraded access points in each classroom
for WiFi
• A new wall was added to divide the computer
lab into a computer lab and an RSP space
• Irrigation lines were repaired
• The hardcourts will be resurfaced during
Summer 2016
