When tightening any knot, follow the “work
snug and then tighten” guideline. Most knots
ZOOM require some coaxing to tighten. Take out the
slack a little at a time, removing it from both
the working and the standing ends, until the
knot allows no light to pass through its parts.
Last of all, give it a tightening tug.
