The TX Dept. of State Health

Services needs your help to

control 25-I and related

hallucinogenic substances!

The Texas Department of State Health Services has been asked to create rules
to place the NBOMe hallucinogenic compounds, commonly known as 25-I, into
Schedule I of the Schedules of Controlled Substances. Placement of 25I into the

schedules will automatically confer a criminal penalty for possession and sale of

the substances. In order to do this, we must have sufficient evidence of the
negative impact to public health. The evidence can be lab results, emergency
room visits, legal actions and information from law enforcement about what

theyve encountered.

We need this information fairly soon in order to proceed.

If you have any information about your experiences with 25I,
we would greatly appreciate it if you could forward that to:
