FULL SIDE WASHER Signature ® Series

Startup

Initial
1) Purge the air lines. Check system for leaks.
2) Make sure there are no obstructions in the path of the arm.
3) Check wheel RPM
4) Set pneumatic regulators (component Air Panel) to approximately 30 - 50 PSI.

Note: The Posi-Stops shown in the above image may need to be adjusted to achieve the desired
media penetration.
