Installation

Tunnel Placement
When placing a piece of equipment, tunnel depth will vary from site to site. Be sure to allow an
adequate operating envelope
There are two traditional installation configurations for the Low Side Washer.
• Standard, stand alone
• Staggered with a set of QuickFire™ Wraps™
Shown in following images are the floor dimensions for each configuration.
1) Position the side wheel stand assemblies in the appropriate tunnel.
2) Placing a level on the vertical post, place shims under the base plate as needed to make vertical
post plumb.
Note: Shims not supplied by Belanger, Inc.

3) Repeat leveling process on opposite side.
4) Once stands are level, lag them to the floor using the supplied lag bolts.
