UNDERCARRIAGE WASH AND RUST INHIBITOR
Installation
Tunnel Placement
Actual placement or tunnel depth may vary according to preference, tunnel space available or
system configuration Assembly
Assembly
1) Position the Undercarriage Wash/Rust Inhibitor in the desired location. This is traditionally just before the
entrance leg to the first piece of equipment in the tunnel.
2) Position it so that the right side of the Undercarriage Wash/Rust Inhibitor is angled towards the tunnel
entrance.
3) Once it is in its permanent location, lag it to the floor.
4) Plumb water feed from Undercarriage Wash valve assembly.
Maintenance
Daily
Inspect nozzle spray pattern(s). If clogged clean nozzle, or replace if necessary.
