This high quality family restaurant offers diners a seasonal menu that makes use of locally sourced and sustainable produce resulting in excellent dishes and choice. For exotic ingredients that can’t be found locally, the team follow strict guidelines to ensure that sourcing is done in the best way for the planet –so it’s better on the plate. Located in St. Dunstan’s, Chapman’s offers diners a place to enjoy some delicious food paired with amazing customer service. With a reputation for using the very best quality fresh ‘fish of the day’, the menu at Chapman’s offers a selection of fishy favourites, from oysters and salmon to shellfish stew or classic battered fish with hand cut chips.
