  Our Members
β€œThe whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Aristotle
To effect real and lasting social change, we need more than one voice and one action; we need a whole
movement making a long-term commitment. This is what makes PRIME so powerful – the coming together of firms from
across the country in a shared commitment to giving young people from less privileged backgrounds the chance to gain an insight into the
legal profession. It is testament to the dedication of law firms to bring about this change that they put aside their competitive edge and collaborate in this way.
The success of PRIME relies on the contributions of all our member firms. The success we have had is a shared success thanks to our committed members who strive to deliver quality work experience to eligible candidates across the UK, following the nine principles of the PRIME Commitment. Being a PRIME member represents a serious and genuine commitment and we recognise that a lot of time and effort goes into running the work experience programmes and to making sure that they provide a valuable experience for students – thank you.
From 20 founding firms in 2010, we now have over 60 firms who have made the PRIME Commitment.
Even throughout 2020, the most challenging of years, the commitment of our member firms did not falter, and they continued to pull together to support students, including by sharing their experiences and insights with each other.
