Visit Kibbutz Tze’elim and tour the kibbutz with the manager of the organic
farming division – learn about the unique techniques implemented in the 1120
hectares of organically grown potatoes, onions, carrots, sugar beets, radishes
and wheat.
Visit Shaked vegetable farm in Moshav Netiv Haasara, bordering the Gaza Strip,
specializing in seed cultivation for the various unique vegetables found in the
region. this farm is a microcosm for the israeli story where politics, security,
innovation, culture and the connection to the land all meet.
Visit Kibbutz Harduf Organic Dairy farm, the only large-scale organic farm in
israel. during the visit we will see compost processing in the farm, special animal
care and the on-farm feed center.
