As most of you know, the past year has been full of exciting progress and change. The National Fraternity facilitated the purchase of a chapter house on the USC campus. For those of you who do not know, it is located on Portland Street, across from Beta and next door to Phi Delta Theta. The house has been freshened, looks great, and is the home of the young men in the Beta Sigma Chapter. The Beta Sigma House Corporation is currently leasing the property from the National Fraternity until we take over ownership of the property.
