Thomas Pettet Chapter GPA on the Rise! Hometown: Newnan, Georgia Major: Mechanical Engineering Congratulations to the chapter for an outstanding 3.14 Activities in High School: Tennis, Football, Senior Class average GPA in the Spring 2012 semester! That represents a President 0.30 increase over Spring 2011, and a 0.07 increase over Fall What I’m looking forward to at DU: Great times with 2011. Delta Upsilon now ranks eighth among Fraternity even better people and forging bonds with the brothers. GPAs at Georgia Tech, placing us in the top quartile. Computer Science, with four brothers, was the highest Brian Swanson average major GPA with a 3.87. Congrats again to our Hometown: Jacksonville, Florida brothers for their hard work this past Spring! Major: Material Science Engineering Ray DeCuir Activities in High School: Varsity Lacrosse, Soccer Scholarship Chair Refereeing, Interact Club What I’m looking forward to at DU: Meeting new people and doing new things. Beach Weekend 2012 Alex Delmas Brumfield The chapter kicked off the semester with the inculcation of Hometown: Sandy Springs, Georgia a new tradition – Beach Weekend! Two houses were rented Major: Computer Engineering out in Panama City. The brothers and their dates headed Activities in High School: Musicals, Ultimate Frisbee, down during Labor Day weekend.
