Improving Bonds of Brotherhood • Facilitated a Mini-Pi for the active brothers of our charge on Feb 28 : th - Event is based on the Pi leadership seminar that TDX International holds each year - Event focused on examining personal values, reviewing our preamble, practicing ritual, reviewing oaths and identifying the shared values of actives and alumni alike • Installed new local alumni advisory board: - Board members are Eric Kelley, Mike Potter and Brad Matthews • Instituted revised housing contracts for the actives • Continued use of property management service (via Nittany Coop) with the actives: - Identifying issues in the House early on / addressing them before they become Alumni / Active Relations major problems - Facilitating the sharing of responsibility for repair / upkeep between the alumni and actives page 3
