Our Need

We know our structures are aging and costly to run. there. In order to allow the next generation of brothers
We also know that our fraternity has continued to grow to achieve their full potential at Beta Alpha, a new
in membership despite our house aging rapidly, which chapter facility is needed. By investing in the building
is a testament to the quality of men we have and the of a new house, we will provide our brothers access
type of men we recruit. Our brotherhood has always to the safe, suitable, and competitive living, dining,
transcended the need for flashy or excessive housing educational, and social facilities that are required for
options; however, our chapter facility has reached the Beta Alpha to continue to flourish.
limits of its life cycle and requires diligent and costly
maintenance that is not sustainable. The current 773
and 777 buildings have served us long and well, and
we will always recall fondly the memories created

“Coming from out of state, I was amazed to find a place
at Georgia Tech to be my home. Brotherhood became family,
and the brothers of Theta Xi propelled me to success – not
only academically, but also in development of skills and
relationships that have lasted a lifetime. As I have continued
my involvement as an alumni mentor and now the Alumni
Association President, I am incredibly happy to contribute
to the future of building a home for this brotherhood of
        friendship and excellence.”
