Why Conduct A Feasibility Study? any graduates may wonder: “Why do Mwe need to conduct a capital campaign feasibility study?” Te answer is simple: just because we want to build a new chapter lodge doesn’t necessarily mean that we can conduct a successful fundraising campaign that will get us all the way there. Tis feasibility study will allow us to accomplish a number of tasks designed to gauge the potential success of the campaign, including, but not limited to: • Determining the overall interest level and support of the campaign by our sisters and assessing the overall sorority experience of our alumnae from a broad spectrum of generations. • Identifying those sisters with the capacity to make lead and mid-tier gifts, obtaining their reactions to the project, and determining if Phi Eta Chapter Lodge today. they have interest in supporting it. • Most importantly, from all of this we receive from our alumnae. Tough the chapter is currently thriving, in order for our legacy to continue at Texas Tech, it is now time to support the sorority by constructing a new lodge that meets the needs of today’s students.
