From the Cal Delta Chapter President ver since signs of progress began on Ethe chapter house in early August the chapter has been getting more and more excited in anticipation of the Fall 2009 move- in! The construction work has also caused a buzz among the Greek Community. Greek students returned from summer vacation to a lively construction site at 1005 W. 28th Street and many shared their excitement that Phi Delta Theta would fnally be returning to the Row. Construction has continued steadily and Oltmans Construction recently began the framing of the new wing.
