Page 4 Fall Pledge Class Biographies Event Update My name is Phillip Reeder from Atlanta and I'm a first year Beach Weekend Computer Engineer. I've always loves computers and programming but I also played soccer, swam and ran a few This year our brotherhood went to Tybee Island for our triathlons at Paideia High School. annual Beach Weekend. We take this time to relax and get away from the stresses that Tech brings and to get to know each other more. Some brothers went fishing and others went kayaking with their dates around the island. Our house was near the beach so we were able to just walk to the beach whenever we wanted and our house was also close to the pier so our brothers were able to go there for dinner and the bars. My name is Chris Nowack. I am a first year Mechanical Engineering major and would like to potentially work in the aerospace industry. I live in Acworth, Georgia and played lacrosse and volleyball at Harrison High School. I enjoy being active in general, and plan to continue playing sports at Tech through club and intramural teams along with activities through ORGT. Scholarship For the second year in a row our chapter has been able to Event Update offer three scholarships to incoming freshman. We provide one incoming freshmen with $1000 and two freshmen with Philanthropy $500 dollar awards based on high school academics, extra- curricular activities, and a two-staged interview Our service and philanthropy efforts have gotten off to a process. We were fortunate enough to have many qualified great start so far this semester.
