AN OPEN APOLOGY TO THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN
HURT BY PROFESSING CHRISTIANS
We are sorry if you have been “duped” by those who attend our churches who profess to be followers of Christ and are not!!!
These “SPIRITUAL FRAUDS” seem to be found in all our church- es (even hiding behind our pulpits).
THIS APOLOGY IS EXTENDED TO BANKERS, BUSI- NESSES AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
WE ARE SORRY... “they” have beaten you out of your mon- ey by LYING TO YOU and not paying you what they owed you when they said they would.
WE ARE SORRY... “they” have written you bad checks or have not paid their bills or paid their credit accounts , instead LYING TO YOU and not doing what they said they would.
WE ARE SORRY... they have “borrowed” things from you and then LIED TO YOU by not bringing the item(s) back when they said they would.
No, it doesn’t matter how “pretty they sing,” or how eloquent they preach,” if they LIE and STEAL from you, they are not fol- lowers of Christ!
WE KNOW THIS APOLOGY CAN NOT RIGHT THE WRONGS... but at least we have PUBLICLY stated that they who do such things are headed for eternal damnation!!!
Revelation 22:15 - For without [are]... whosoever ... maketh
a lie. Matthew 7:21-23 - Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Proverbs 19:9 - A false witness shall not be unpunished, and [he that] speaketh lies shall perish. Revelation 21:8... all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Part of the problem is the back-boneless preachers who will not preach this truth behind their pulpits because they do not want to of- fend the LIARS who attend or have positions in their church, or even worse, they too are “one of them.”
We would suggest that you make a copy of this page and send it to those who have not truly represented Jesus to you by their actions. THEN, ASK THEM TO COME AND MEET WITH YOU AND PAY THEIR BILL. IF THEY DO NOT, CONTACT THEIR PASTOR AND ASK THE PASTOR TO MEET WITH YOU AND THE ONE WHO OWES YOU. IF IT’S THE PAS- TOR WHO OWES YOU, ASK TO MEET WITH HIM OR HER. IF THE PASTOR WILL NOT PAY HIS OR HER BILL, CON- TACT THE ELDERS OF THE CHURCH TO MEET WITH THE PASTOR AND THE ELDERS. (One of my friends had
a pastor who would not pay him what he owed, so he told the pastor he would come to his church next Sunday. My friend said he would stand and interrupt his sermon and tell his congrega- tion what a deadbeat he was. The pastor said, “You won’t really do that will you?” My friend said, “I certainly will. On Saturday, the pastor paid the several thousand dollars he had owed my friend for sometime.)
For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God... 1 Peter 4:17
Most importantly, IF YOU ARE NOT A CHILD OF GOD: please look past these impostors to Jesus and: 1) acknowledge you are a sinner, 2) confess your sins to the Lord, 3) believe in your heart that God raised up His Son Jesus from the dead, 4) receive the Lord into your heart and life, 5) forsake the sins you have been involved in, 6) be buried by Christ in water baptism, 7) follow the Lord Jesus for the rest of your life with all your heart, mind, soul and body, and 8) find a good Bible believing church where they preach the truth and grow in Grace, studying God’s Word, worshiping and fellowshipping with fellow-Believers as you make yourself ready for our Lord Jesus Christ’s soon coming. IT MAY SEEM TO YOU THAT YOU HAVE BEEN GET- TING BY WITH HONORING GOD WITH YOUR SPEECH, BUT LIVING AN UNGODLY LIFE. You haven’t for God has been watching it all.
To those of you who have been a liar in the past and not paid your bills nor spoke the truth, we love you. We pray that as you read these lines you will repent and call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ asking for forgiveness for the people and com- panies you have wronged through the hypocritical life you have been living.
God is merciful. He forgives preachers, deacons, church members, as well as everyone who truly repents of their sin and turns away from their sinning.
After you do this, your next step is to contact everyone you have wronged and ask their forgiveness and make plans as to how you can right the wrong you have done to them.
I know there are those who owe people who will read these lines and be offended. Good! If this article offends you, you need to be of-
fended and start living your life as Christ would have you to live it!!!
THE PLAGUE IS CHANGING OUR FOCUS
Regardless of where this Cov- id-19 Plague came from, God is certainly using it to change our focus.
The Coronavirus Plague has: shut down a number of the “murder mills” that destroy the lives of innocent, precious chil- dren, taken our gaze from much of the entertainment industry, blocked our false worship of the
gods of sports, decimated our thirst and pursuit for the riches of this world, hindered and even stopped, the abominations that are so prevalent in the world, closed down bars, and the list goes on and on.
Yes, God is reaching out to the “unrepentant” to take their focus off of sin and repent and surren- der their lives to Christ.
Churches as well, have been closed and shuttered. Those mega churches accustomed to having 1,000’s in regular attendance, have became dark, forsaken and empty.
Those who attended churches across the U.S. have not been hin- dered by the Plague from going to their regular prayer meetings, as their church had no prayer meet-
ings to attend.
In most instances, the Plague
did not slow Christians down in their witnessing, as they had not been effective witnesses for Jesus Christ to their friends and colleagues anyhow.
As far as ministering to the poor and needy here in the U.S. and around the world, this too was non-existent.
So, “all in all,” the only thing that many church-goers are miss- ing is perhaps the church service they attended once a week.
That’s really not a big loss, is it? Especially, if that is the only in- gredient that is “missing” in their Christianity.
Yes, during this Plague, God is reaching out to the “Christians” to take their focus off of preach-
ers, religious activities, the seduction of this world and all the other things that will not matter 100 years from now.
This plague is a wakeup call for the Church. It seems that too many of our churches can hardly wait to go back to having church as usual. We must not go back, we must go forward in repentance, prayer and fasting to become the ef- fective church God desires for us to become.
Yes, it’s time to repent
for losing our first love and becoming preoccupied with the trappings of Christianity, without the Christ of Chris- tianity.
