Immigration Reform and Control Act
In compliance with the federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), as amended, and any state law requirements, if applicable, our organization is committed to employing only individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
Each new Team Member, as a condition of employment, must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and present documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility.
If a Team Member is authorized to work in this country for a limited time period, the individual will be required to submit proof of renewed employment eligibility prior to expiration of that period to remain employed by the organization.
New Team Member Orientation
Upon joining our organization, you are able to read our Team Member Handbook. After reading this Team Member Handbook you will be asked to sign a receipt page and return it to the Program Director. You will be asked to complete personnel, payroll, and if applicable, benefit forms.
A copy of the Team Member Handbook will be available on the desktop of the Team Member computer just outside the office at the Tower.
The operations of your department are the responsibility of the Program Director. (S)he is a good source of information about the organization and your job.
