Direct Deposit
You have the option of receiving your pay in a payroll check or having your pay deposited into your bank account through our direct deposit program. You also have the option of receiving your pay on a pay card/debit card, where permitted by law.
Where permitted by state law, the organization may require you to use direct deposit.
Overtime
There may be times when you will need to work overtime so that we may meet the needs of our Service Partners. Although you will be given notice when feasible, this is not always possible. If you are a non-exempt Team Member, you must have all overtime approved in advance by the Program Director.
Non-exempt Team Members will be paid at a rate of time and one-half their regular rate of pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek, unless state law provides a greater benefit in which case, we will comply with the state law.
Only actual hours worked count toward computing weekly overtime.
If you have any questions concerning overtime pay, check with the Program Director.
