Holidays
Due to the nature of our business we do not observe holidays. We are open 365 days per year and 24 hours each day. If a Team Member is not scheduled to work on the following holidays, yet must come in to work for another Team Member they will be paid time and a half for:
New Year’s Day
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Memorial Day Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
Eligible exempt Team Members receive a paid holiday only if the holiday falls on a day they are normally scheduled to work.
Full-time, exempt Team Members are eligible for paid holidays after completing their introductory period of 90 days.
Full-time exempt Team Members will receive holiday pay in compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws.
Non-exempt Team Members must work their scheduled workday. If a Team Member usually works Tuesdays and Christmas falls on a Tuesday it is considered a regular working day. If a Team Member’s regular work day falls on a holiday and they cannot work, the Team Member which fills in for them will be paid time and a half for the non-scheduled holiday.
