Confidentiality of Service Partner Matters
Our professional ethics require that each Team Member maintain the highest degree of confidentiality when handling Service Partner matters.
To maintain this professional confidence, no Team Member shall disclose Service Partner information to other Service Partners, friends, or members of one's own family. Any Team Member who engages will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate discharge.
Questions concerning Service Partner confidentiality may be addressed with the Compliance Director.
Care of Service Partner Records
The impression that Service Partners have of our organization is based, in part, on the way we care for their records. If we are careless with their files and records, Service Partners may conclude that we have the same attitude toward our technical work. As professionals, we must respect the confidence in which we are entrusted and ensure that Service Partner files are handled with care.
When possible, obtain all material from Service Partner files and then return the material back to the files. Material should be returned in the same condition or better than when it was received.
Under no circumstances will outside requests for Service Partner material be fulfilled unless prior written permission is received from the Compliance Director.
