Attendance and Punctuality
Attendance and punctuality are important factors for your success within our organization. We work as a team and this requires that each person be in the right place at the right time. We expect you to be a reliable Team Member.
If you are going to be late for work or absent, notify your direct supervisor as far in advance as feasible under the circumstances, yet BEFORE the start of your workday.
Personal issues requiring time away from your work, such as doctor’s appointments or other matters, should be scheduled during your nonworking hours if possible.
If you are absent for two days without notifying the organization, it is assumed that you have voluntarily abandoned your position with the organization, and you will be removed from the payroll.
If you are going to be more than four minutes late for your shift you are required to notify your immediate supervisor. When you are tardy it is not considerate of the Team Members you are relieving. More than one tardy in a month will constitute a verbal warning. Three tardies within the month will be a written warning. Three tardies are considered excessive tardiness and could result in termination.
No SHOW POLICY
If you cannot work your scheduled shift, you must find a co-worker to cover your shift. If you do not report to work for your scheduled shift and did not find someone to replace you, it is immediate grounds for termination.
A Team Member MUST always be present with the Service Partners. If a Team Member does not report for their shift, the Team Member that is present must stay until relief is available.
