All new block can accommodate up to 363 cu. in. Splayed, nodular iron four-bolt main caps on journals
2, 3, and 4, screw-in, O-ring-
sealed freeze plugs, 1/2" head bolts, and a one-piece rear main seal make the block stronger than the original.

nodular iron main caps with
four-bolt caps on journals 2, 3, and
4, and a maximum bore size of 4.125". Increased bulkheads and deck thickness provide added durability. Blocks are fully compatible with OEM 302 and 351W compo- nents and are cross drilled to aid cooling.

Aluminum Cylinder Head

High-performance cylinder head
is cast from A356 T6 aluminum and utilizes high-
flow 204cc intake runners. Assembled head, engineered for
use with hydraulic camshaft applications, is fit with stainless
steel 2.02" intake and 1.60" exhaust valves, PAC ovate bee-
hive valve springs, retainers, locks, 7/16" rocker studs, and
pushrod guide plates. Sold each.
Note: Head requires roller rocker arms with .150" offset intake pushrod cup. Raised exhaust port exit may require custom headers.

All-new “Z2” cylinder head is designed
to be very versatile, yet suit the needs
of 500+ horsepower engines. Similar
to the original “Z” head, but with the
added benefits of innovative “velocity
vane” intake ports, stock exhaust port and bolt locations, and the ability to accept straight rocker arms. Sold each, fully assembled head is cast from premium, A356 T6 alumi- num, and fitted with stainless steel 2.050" intake and 1.600" exhaust valves, and premium valvetrain components.
