                          Corinth Baptist Church invites you

to start the New Year in Church.

How well do you see things? Our church sees things perhaps a little different than most churches these
days. Our theme for this year is 20-20 Vision. What do we mean by this statement? Let’s share some

things that make us different than most the churches on every corner today.

                 • We are a traditional, conservative style church. We think the services should be honoring, respectful,
and heart-felt in worship to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Corinth has a motto we have used
for decades “Building Lives by the Book.” The inspired teachings of the Word of God help people
anytime and anywhere they are tried. We meet at least three times each week. We still have Sunday
School, Morning Worship, Evening Worship, and even a Wednesday Evening Prayer and Bible Study.

                 • We still sing hymns, like the ones you still know the words too because you learned them as a child
on your grandmother’s knee and use the Psalms as a part of our services. Misguided Church leaders
(wanting to be forever young) say ignorant things like “we don’t sing dead men’s songs.” At
Corinth, we proudly sing both dead and living men and women songs as long as they honor Jesus
                     (Ephesians 5:19).

                 • We still use the beautiful, thundering King James translation of the Bible. The Lord has used this
Bible and its editions for over 400 years to bless the nations. The beauty and accuracy are glorious
to behold. Sometimes we are criticized for holding on to the ‘antiquated’ KJV but there is not
another translation for English speaking people with its track record. The blessings of God have been and
are still being showered on this translation.

Do you long for a place with a solid Biblical foundation? We have been around since 1913. Do you want
to be a name and not just a number? Do you want a place where you can worship without leaving with
a headache? Do you want a safe place to raise your family in traditional ways? You are invited to be our
guest. Check out our website or better yet come by and let us get to know you personally. Start 2020 off
                 right by being in church.
