across other Group companies engaged in the sectors of power,
pharmaceuticals, paints, food and beverages, real estate, etc. We focused
on strengthening the roots of the Group.

As I found my place in the pleasant noontime sun, my redwood and
sequoia roots commenced their outreach, extending their arms to help
others. In doing so, I played my part in creating a stronger environment
that thrived on collaboration and the sense of interconnectedness. Just
as my father had created the ecosystem in his village. Our happiness
was in the sense of unity. I found that our harmony was in our roots and
relationships.

#SangamNiti: A life cannot be fulfilled by debt. Neither is a happy and
contented existence defined by one’s bank balance. The only true sense
of happiness and warmth is in staying connected, just like the roots of
the redwood and sequoia trees on the forest floor.
