5K Volunteer Opportunities SoleMates

Packet pick up SoleMates are men and women who raise money for our organization
Race day registration while training for a race, triathlon or other event. All funds raised stay
Volunteer check in in the greater Kansas City area to provide financial aid for girls who
Course monitors otherwise could not participate in our program.
Hospitality
Fun Zone Free race entries to the Kansas City Marathon, or register for an
athletic event of your choice.

Committees Coach

Young Professionals Board
5K Committee The LEAD COACH is a volunteer position that works with a team of
Development Committee coaches to facilitate the curriculum to program participants.
Events Committee Approx. four hours per week for 10-weeks

THE ASSISTANT COACH supports the Lead Coach at a program
site while serving as a role model and mentor for program participants.

Approx. 1.5-3 hours per week for 10-weeks
