                   1.  FMCSA- Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration- The Federal Motor Carrier Safety

                       Administration (FMCSA) is an agency in the United States Department of Transportation
                       that regulates the trucking industry in the United States. The primary mission of the

                       FMCSA is to reduce crashes, injuries and fatalities involving large trucks and buses.

                   2.  USDOT or DOT- The United States Department of Transportation- Is a federal Cabinet

                       department of the U.S. government concerned with transportation. It was established
                       by an act of Congress on October 15, 1966 and began operation on April 1, 1967. It is

                       governed by the United States Secretary of Transportation.

                   3.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code- The NAICS Code is

                       the standard used by Federal statistical agencies in classifying business establishments
                       for the purpose of collecting, analyzing, and publishing statistical data related to the U.S.

                       business economy.

                   4.  MC Number- Motor Carrier Number- An MC Number stands for a Motor Carrier

                       number. It is a number that allows carriers to cross State lines and it also allows the
                       government to track freight brokers through their system. The docket number is

                       assigned to motor carriers engaging in interstate or foreign operations.

                   5.  ABS (Anti-lock Brake System)-  an safety system that allows the wheels on a vehicle to

                       maintain tractive contact with the road surface while braking, preventing the wheels
                       from locking up (ceasing rotation) and avoiding uncontrolled skidding.

                   6.  AERO SKIRTS - Aerodynamic panels attached to the bottom of trailer to assist in fuel

                       efficiency. Also called side skirts.

                   7.  AERODYNAMICS PACKAGE- A group of components consisting of the following: roof
                       mount wind deflector, side fairings, front spoiler and fuel tank skirting. Also see

                       individual listing for each item. This is also referred to as "Full Aero".

                   8.  AFTER COOLER- A performance device found on diesel engines.

                   9.  AIR BAGS- Pneumatic air bags serving as springs.
                   10. AIR BRAKES- A brake worked by air pressure.
