In Fall 2019, we were faced with an unprecedented number of students assigned to take AI Training with us. We
were fortunate to be able to “keep” Karla on after her graduation for one quarter to help us accommodate about 200
students in our “after-education”. Klaas joined us in October to fill in as our Operations & Marketing Coordinator and
then stayed on to help us with an unprecedented 77% increase in caseload!
